Refund policy

Services

Due to the nature of services, refunds are handled differently.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 10 days of your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to review your concerns and address the issue.

Our priority is to resolve service-related concerns by offering a new appointment to assess what happened and correct the issue where possible.

Refunds for services are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests made after the 10-day period may not be eligible for review.

Products 

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@likeyara.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
