Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life gets busy and last-minute changes can happen. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling the shop at (917) 965-2100 or by managing your appointment through your YARA account.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we take it seriously.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance will be considered no-shows and will be charged 100% of the service price.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals in case of unexpected delays. If you believe you will be late, please call us at (917) 965-2100 so we can try to adjust our schedule.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the appointment being canceled and classified as a no-show, subject to the full service charge. A new appointment may be scheduled if availability allows.
