We understand that life gets busy and last-minute changes happen. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let
us know by calling the shop at (917) 965-2100. You can easily cancel or change
your appointment through your YARA account.

Time is important to everyone, and we take your appointment
seriously. With that said, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation
fee for clients who are no-shows or cancel under 12 hours before their
scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

We want to make sure that all our clients have the
opportunity to receive services, so we allow 10-minute grace period for late
arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be
late, please call us at (917) 965-2100, so we can adjust our schedule.

Please note that after 10 minutes your existing appointment
will be canceled as a no-show, and a new appointment will be scheduled, if possible.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% no-show fee for clientswho arrive after 10 minutes.
